The school has an impressive fleet of boats and a long history of success at both boys’ and girls’ levels as well as producing top internationals.

We are looking to recruit an excellent Rowing Coach to coach our J14 squad on a fixed term contract during the Summer Term 2025.

The successful candidate will have energy and enthusiasm, be proactive and be able to control large groups of pupils. They will be able to develop excellent relationships with young rowers and must be able to coach in a positive, fun and creative way.

Commitment, passion, patience and persistence will be required. Candidates are expected to have a high level of rowing knowledge either as a coach or through their own experience as an athlete.

The hours of work are as follows:

  • Tuesday 1600 – 1800
  • Thursday 1330 – 1600
  • Saturday 1200 – 1500

Regattas as agreed with the Director of Rowing. The salary will be in the region of £20 per hour, dependent on skills, qualifications and experience.
